Gregg is a lifelong farm machinery enthusiast and the visionary behind Ag Guard. Raised on a farm near Tonganoxie, Kansas, he developed an early fascination with equipment mechanics—disassembling hay balers and rebuilding them for better performance. After studying engineering and farm machinery at Kansas State University, Gregg began his career at Hesston Corporation, contributing to some of the industry's most innovative haying equipment. His journey took him from farm management to banking, but his passion for agriculture never waned. In 1992, he founded Ag Guard, recognizing the growing need for risk protection as farm equipment became more complex and costly. Today, Gregg leads product innovation, problem resolution, and ensures Ag Guard stays rooted in its mission to protect farmers.
Adrian is Ag Guard's technical cornerstone, with over 30 years of experience in product reliability and service innovation. His career at Massey Ferguson and AGCO included leading global initiatives like AGCO Source (a technical knowledge-sharing platform) and EDT (a unified diagnostic tool for AGCO equipment worldwide). A graduate of Hereford College of Technologies, Adrian joined Ag Guard in 2013. His team ensures claims are handled with deep mechanical understanding and fairness, offering dealers expert guidance and efficient service rooted in real-world equipment knowledge.
Dane is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in risk management, banking, and public finance. A two-time recipient of Wells Fargo's Management Excellence Award, he's known for his client-first approach and operational precision. Dane holds degrees from the University of Kansas and Baker University, where his MBA research focused on environmental liability for corporate trustees. He joined Ag Guard in 2011 and also serves as President of Wild Jay, Inc., the entity that backs Ag Guard's service contracts. Dane oversees administrative operations and acts as a strategic liaison across departments—from sales and claims to IT and relationship management.
Dexter is a respected leader in the ag machinery space, known for his integrity and strategic insight. Formerly President of Soo Tractor, he transformed the company's manufacturing capabilities before retiring in 2012 to join Ag Guard. His earlier career at AGCO included senior roles across domestic and international divisions. A Kansas State University graduate, Dexter brings a comprehensive understanding of equipment design, manufacturing, and dealer needs. His empathy and experience allow him to craft solutions that resonate with both partners and end users.
Mike has been a trusted voice for dealers since 2005. Raised on a farm and deeply rooted in the ag community, his career includes work in dairy, row crops, farm real estate, and ag banking. Known for his straight-shooting style and unwavering customer advocacy, Mike now serves in an advisory role, ensuring Ag Guard's service remains personal, empathetic, and unmatched by any call center. His word is his bond—and his presence reinforces the trust behind every Ag Guard product.
Paul embodies Ag Guard's agricultural focus, with a career spanning cattle, farming, commodities, and ag-related pharmaceuticals. Since joining in 2012, he's helped the company stay attuned to market demands and sharpen its business modeling. His broad experience and analytical mindset ensure our products remain relevant, efficient, and aligned with client needs..
Robbie brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in ag equipment support, with roles at Deutz-Allis, AGCO, and MacDon. He's built a reputation across North America for technical expertise and customer-first service. Since 2021, Robbie has led Ag Guard's product support efforts, bridging operations, claims, and relationship management. He's often in the field, working directly with users to refine products and elevate service quality—ensuring our solutions drive profitability and satisfaction.
Ian plays a key role in Ag Guard’s customer support team, combining technical know-how with a strong commitment to relationship building. Whether assisting dealers with product questions or guiding our sales reps through service processes, he communicates with clarity, patience, and a genuine desire to help. Ian's people-first mindset ensures every interaction is grounded in trust and respect. By turning support moments into lasting partnerships, he helps reinforce the service excellence that defines Ag Guard.
April keeps our operations running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, she oversees day-to-day administrative functions and ensures that our office environment reflects the professionalism and care we bring to our clients. Known for her reliability, warmth, and plain-spoken honesty, she is often the first point of contact for our partners alike.
Matthew leads Ag Guard's technology strategy with a focus on innovation, security, and operational efficiency. With deep experience in systems architecture and platform integration, he ensures that our digital infrastructure supports the evolving needs of dealers, partners, and clients. He plays a key role in aligning technology with business goals—streamlining workflows, enhancing data visibility, and driving scalable solutions across the organization. Matthew’s leadership helps Ag Guard stay ahead of the curve while staying grounded in the practical realities of the agricultural market.
